Return Policy:

  • For defective or damaged items received during shipping, please inform us within 3 days of delivery for a resolution.

Eligible Items:

  • Only unworn and undamaged items with original tags attached are eligible for
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
  • Final sale items, customized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Submit a return request on our website within 30 days of  You will receive detailed instructions and a return label via email.
  2. PackageYour Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation. Attach the return label to the package.
  3. ShipYour Return: Drop off your package at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup according to the provided instructions.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process a full refundto your original payment method within 10-45 business days, depending on your bank’s issuance of the credit card.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our 

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Size issue: If the product size does not fit, contact us within 48 hours of
  • Defective or damaged item: If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, inform us within 3 days with pictures and original tags 
  • Wrong item received: If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with pictures and original tags attached.
  • We cannot guarantee the availability of the desired exchange 
  • When we receive and examine your returned item (generally within 3 days), we will process your exchange request.
  • The exchange order will be delivered to you within the next 15 business days.

Additional Information:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping which is approx 35% of the product cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all 
  • We cannot accept returns sent to us directly without prior authorization.
